The metric for that can be determined and agreed upon before it opens.

About a year or 2 ago there was a thread about a guy that built a few new houses next to shitty houses in NBR. I wonder how that is going, and if his plans to build more ever happened.

Is Johnny’s takeout, delivery, dine in, or all of the above?

Because I can see any of those being an issue in NBR.

It'll probably do well, but the buffet and late hours won't last. Then again, their pizzas are a little pricier than other chains so who knows.

Most of the business will come from the plants in the area.

What would you do if I told you with 100% certainty(straight from the area manager's mouth) that the Chippewa location of Papa Johns is one of the most profitable in the Baton Rouge area?
And I can tell you why. They sell more wings there than any other location(wings have a HUGE margin).

Guess who else eats a ton of carryout from there? Exxon employees.

Y'all all wanna chime in and be funny and racist and cool and clever with your buddies on the OT.

But you're all frickin retarded about food service, particularly pizza.

I will concede that all the drivers at Chippewa are black. And it's one of the only PJ's in the area where the inside has bullet proof glass divider at the counter.

It ain’t the plants I would be worried about.

It’s the shithole neighborhoods and the kids who see a business with two or three people in it, or a delivery driver, as easy money.

He will do good on the buffet.

Unless

Someone picks up the whole buffet, loads it in a truck, and runs off with it he will be ok.

Or

Some overweight person comes in and eats everything on the buffet.

I do not see a lot of people applying for a pizza delivery job if he offers this service.

I should have added. Chippewa Papa Johns often entices drivers from other stores and new drives with pretty significant(to them) sign-on bonuses($200 in 2015) AND $2/hr more b/c they acknowledge the tips around Chippewa are NOT going to compare with Prairieville.

Was my first time in Antoine's. I'm just a poor black child.

Twas Fancy and food was yummers in the tummers.
But the wedding reception room was unusually warm from balcony doors being opened I guess.

It will do well. Lots of plant workers eating lunch around there and it is between a big apartment complex and a Dollar General.

Yes, I hope it goes well. It's his money that he's putting at risk.
