If I'm that franchise owner and I use something like this as blueprint for Delivery Area with a $3 delivery fee(we had 22 Mile Round trips in Pville until 2015), I see fricking $$$$$. The Johnny's already in Central can now expand their area E/NE. Win/Win.

I know there are plenty of areas in BR that have gone to shite, but the ride for me down Monterrey Blvd. from South Choctaw to Florida Blvd. about a year ago was just amazing and depressing. I don't see BR ever getting better. Hope I'm wrong.

This is not a bad location and the guy should do well. I’m not sure why his food cost would be anymore than the one located on Highland Road.
