Acronyms have made word salad emails even more unreadable

Try reading an H&P from a doctor. They just make up their own damn acronyms. The medical field already has enough, no need for new nonsense ones.

They are defining the initialism the first time they use it, then they use the initialism going forward. Ignoring the overuse of initialisms, that’s fairly standard practice.

You would crash out in the military. I had many conversations that were nothing but acronyms, variations of the word frick, and a few conjunctions.
