Unless you’re a bodybuilder (you’re not) you are extremely OBESE! Stop lying to yourself is the #1 step.

Keep at it man, proud of you. I am on a somewhat similar journey. I cut out all added sugar and processed food and have been feeling significantly better.

Is this a troll? Every BMI chart in the world would list you as obese.

Unfortunately that’s normal size in this fat age we live in

Yes was about to post this, at 6'3 255, he is at a BMI of 32. At his age unless he lifts, he isn't just considered obese, he is on the verge of being considered a high health risk.
#1 step to making a change is admit you are fat.
OP great job stick with it.
For those interested in making a change, head to the H&F board, it isn't all keto or powerlifters, we can help almost everyone with plans and most recommend the KISS principal and understand you have kids, wife, full time job etc.
Nobody has to spend more than 3-4 hours a week in an actual gym to look great.

Seriously? Well, shite. I don't *look* obese.
I guess I've been watching too much 600 lb. life.

I remember telling myself this lie at a similar BMI.

Yea honestly you are on the verge of being in the high risk category. You need to do something about that soon or within two years you will be in that category.
It's going to start effecting your pocket book with life insurance cost and other things.

I did two things at the beginning of June
1- stopped eating breakfast, first meal is lunch.
2- stopped snacking after dinner.
I stay true to 1) every day. I break 2) on weekends. Surprisingly, not eating in the morning has not been a challenge...Coffee in the morning at work and some water keep me going just fine until lunch time.
And I've lost 15lbs. I will start exercising regularly too once my schedule gets back to normal.
I have always been skinny AF and never really had to watch what I was eating, now entering my thirties, kids, and it's a different ball game.

Yea I am 5'10" or was, and I was 245 and I didn't really look fat. I was bigger but not sloppy so I justified it that I wasn't that bad.
One day I was having trouble getting a knot out of my shoe string and had to stay bent over a while, when I came up I got light headed and was breathing heavy. That was the turning point for me. I knew I didn't want to live like that and I was only like 30, at the time. Shortly before that, I had to buy some pants and had to get a 38 waist and those were still kind of tight, those two things were huge wake up calls for me.

I wasn't quite that big, but all of that sounds very familiar. I started getting serous after my daughter was born a couple years ago. Not where I want to be yet, but way better than I was.

BMI should never be referenced.
It’s retarded.

It's not an end all be all by any means, but it's a pretty damn good indicator. If someone says that don't go to the gym and then refrejece a BMI of 30 they're going to be fat 100% of the time.
