Not really, very little overall and smore discussion on TRT and sarms.

H&F board is more focused on diet, lifting, cardio or how to work energy systems and overall health. Besides steroids and hgh just enhance recover, strength and training, doesn't change the way you should train or how you should eat.

Essentially H&F board is more about overall health and how to look good. Not bodybuilding, although we have a few over there that do compete and people do care about aesthetics.

This means you're losing nearly 4 lbs per week. This seems a bit much, unless you were like 50+ lbs overweight. I've always read that 2 lbs/ per week is the limit for weight loss, anything over that is not healthy for 'normal' people

Most "normal" people lie to themselves and are really obese and move very little in a day. Adding exercise and a sensible diet tends to have them losing much faster than 2lbs per week at the start.

Protein consumption and heavy lifting using progressive overload Is the key to maintaining muscle mass. All that matters is losing fat and maintaining muscle.

It can be done plenty of ways, could be long fasting or a slower flexible diet approach or keto approach.

TLDR: The 2lbs thing is a myth.

Cool. I might head over there when I decide to get back at it. Gave up the juice and growth back in 2015 after nearly 15 years of use. Lot of things have changed in that short of time I wouldn't mind learning some new things. I pretty much haven't read anything about diet or fitness in almost 5 years other than watching the occasional youtube video. Just got bored with it and what I was doing despite how I looked wasn't healthy.

That is what I am looking for. Not interested in getting back into it like I was. I would want to do it naturally for the most part maybe a little hGh or peptides not going to use AAS ever again. Thanks for the info.

That's pretty much how everyone is. A couple of us are older and have had to go on TRT, or some like myself have had to do it in mid 30s and we discuss that some.

But overall the idea on the H&F board is to get everyone to be there best and love long healthy lives. Sure we argue some(mainly keto vs other diets) but overall it's a very supportive board with lots of people with great knowledge in many areas including lots of info on cholesterol, resting blood sugar, and triglycerides levels and how to correct them as best as possible.

BMI isn't relevant for people with muscle.

Athletic, and even lean builds turn up overweight on that index.

I guess most people don't really lift, like to the point of squatting and all of that, so maybe for them it has some more relevance.

Awesome. Too bad most OTers don’t want to give up their weekend 12 pack and fried food

Post a picture. But don't forget you already said it should never be referenced, which you know is a load of shite

You are 100% right but you fail to realize prolly less than 10% of the population lift at all and prolly less than 5% have any true muscle mass that would throw BMI off. Atleast that are not juicing.

You're also drinking water instead of soft drinks. Don't drink your calories if you're trying to lose weight

If you want to lose weight and not get injured I would suggest you do anything besides jogging. Jogging is terrible for joints and burns little to no calories. Better options are fasted walking, rower, stationary bike, assault bike, etc

I still go for a jog but since it’s so damn hot now, I joined a gym about 2 weeks ago. I’ve been alternating a HIIT workout on the elliptical along with the treadmill. Going to start working in some weights also. Would like to still drop about 20 lbs. I guess my main point is that it doesn’t take a lot of money and time to lose weight. My wife spends probably $400/month on the gym, pre cooked meals, supplements, etc. I ate less and started running down the street.
