A month ago today, I decided I didn’t want to be fat anymore.

I basically walked into my closet, and looked at all the clothes that didn’t fit anymore. I called my gym that I hadn’t been to in 3 years, and told my trainer I was coming back. I changed my eating habits, drinking about a gallon of water a day, and the gym 4-5 days a week. I am down 15 lbs so far. It can be done, and honestly it’s NOT THAT HARD! No fad diets, just cutting back, avoiding some foods, and a cocktail on Sat.

Congrats! Keep it up.

Just make sure to get into a sustainable long term rhythm.

Eating healthy and exercising are two of the best things you can do for yourself.

It’s so much more enjoyable to eat and drink what I want then go fo liposuction every 18 months with the money saved in gym fees and not buying organic foods.

Congrats but remember--losing weight is easy. Keeping it off is the hard part.

Good job man. It's tough mentally, but once your body is conditioned it becomes a part of your life.

So that really makes a difference?

Why does water help one lose weight.

If you’re actually exercising every day drinking a gallon of water isn’t difficult at all. Helps as an appetite suppressant and metabolism booster

It can help flush the body, increase metabolism, and act as an appetite suppressant.
