Same. I paid 32k for mine 6 years ago. It's paid off. I'll put a new engine in it if I had to before I paid 60k for another one.

only idiots buy new trucks today

for $40k you can get a frame off fully restored square body truck that is 1000 times better than anything you could buy today and it will last you 30 years AND NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHTS COMING ON CONSTANTLY.

while that new $60k truck will be spending more time in the repair shop than in your driveway.

So you’re the guy that buys their son a $60,000 truck and doesn’t teach him how to change a tire.

Huh? My son will be buying the truck himself, he’s a grown man quite capable of changing a tire. Damn, I didn’t realize almost everyone on the OT got their period today. I sincerely apologize for asking what I thought was a pretty innocent question.

You paying cash ?

I was looking at financing this morning and anything over 50K you are looking at $800.00 - $1,000.00 a month plus insurance.

My son gets his license in April, I'm giving him my vehicle and buying something but I've got STICKER SHOCK.

To be fair, it was probably assumed that because you were asking you were probably buying because otherwise a grown man would be doing his own research.

I’ve got a 03 Xterra with 212k miles. Slight cosmetic work needed. I’d be willing to let it go for $45k.

I always liked those models of Xterras. Nissan should bring them back

Reading comprehension is difficult for most of these retards. My son is in the market for a truck =/ I I am in the market for a truck for my son

He is, but he’s not on TD. I just wanted some opinions here.

Is he buying it with his own money or are you buying him a truck?

Completely different answers depending on your response.

If he wants to spend that type of money on a vehicle, Scruffy would say to shoot for a Tundra, although they would probably be outside his budget.
