My son is going to be in the market soon, and I wanted to get opinions from the OT.

Bought a loaded 22’ Ram 1500 Laramie last year. Super impressed with it after one year. Would recommend.

I understand some here shite on Ram but.. I test drove them all and honestly they are making the best truck right now.

60k truck for your son? What would your butler buy? If you’re not going to spend the money then why even bother? 60k for a truck is nothing these days.

Probably an used one. $60k won't touch the new ones.

Spend $20k, invest the other $40k. Spending $60k on a vehicle is absolute asinine.

So you’re the guy that buys their son a $60,000 truck and doesn’t teach him how to change a tire.

You obviously aren’t an investor or business owner. That new whip is a tax shelter baw.

I’ve got a 03 Xterra with 212k miles. Slight cosmetic work needed. I’d be willing to let it go for $45k.

Truck prices are stupid. I'll never buy another new one I guess unless we have a major market correction.

Trucks are becoming like wives.
Cheaper to keep her.
Not willing to trade years of my life for a new depreciating liability.
I'll keep the paid-off one I have now.

Why does it have to be a 60k truck?
