Can't believe nobody has mentioned the redesigned Traverse.

The 2018-2020 look good IMO and I prefer them to everything else in the 3-row midsize class. Has the most cabin space, actually more than a Tahoe AFAIK, most cargo space in its class, and pretty good towing capacity for what it is.

I like some of the others in the class too but really just feel like the Traverse beats them in the areas that matter to me for a 3-row midsize, mainly the cabin and cargo space.

I prefer driving the CX9 over the rest but the 3rd row is too small for us and the towing capacity isn't quite up to what we need.

Crossovers have less utility. If I’m going for a car with load space, I’d just get a station wagon.

Not sure what you mean, but an 8 year old Land Cruiser with under 100k mi is just getting warmed up.. but if you were specifically referring to the warranty, i’ve had good experiences with the Carmax warranty, but yeah you don’t necessarily need it on a Land Cruiser since they are very reliable.

I have a 2013 CX-9 that just hit 100,000 miles and I haven't had a single issue. The only 2 things I would change would be to get the 4WD and the 2nd row captain chairs.

Had some car troubles few months ago and thought we were going to have to upgrade. Did some research and we really like the new Kia Tellurides.

Infiniti QX60 used. The service at that dealership is top notch in my experience and the car is fun to drive

I had an Expedition for 230,000 miles. I loved it. Perfect for when the kids were small, groceries, kids friends, vacations.

I drive one and the MPG has not been as bad as advertised in my experience. I rarely, if ever, drive it in stop and go traffic though.

I’ve got a newer model and a 100 series. Love them.

I've got a 100 series and get around 14-16 mpg. The thing is over 15 years old and is bullet-proof.

Same budget here, and we've settled on a Certified Pre-Owned Lexus RX 350. Just gotta find the color the wife wants. A lot of them have this awful brown interior. The brown leather is fine, but the brown carpet is pretty bad.

We test drove the following before settling on it..

1. Toyota Highlander
2. Acura MDX
3. Acura RDX
4. Honda Pilot
5. Ford Explorer
6. Lexus GX 460
7. Toyota 4Runner

Not sure how much cargo room you're looking for, but it has plenty for our family of 4. Super comfortable and quiet ride.
