Tell me why someone who does shite like this should be allowed to continue existing- because I can't think of a good enough reason to allow it.

I live in Old Metairie so it’s not like I’m at risk except when I go through New Orleans east. It’s just exhausting even having it on the news every single day. I’d still hear about it even if I lived in Folsom.
