Well, to start , there is aiding and abetting
Or accessory to crime , support or assistance in a crime preformed by someone else

Things like that

just a reminder that this "wreck scheme" involves the murder of a cooperating witness

Alleged at this point. Some would deem it career suicide instead of a murder victim.

I think this is perfect timing with the New York CEO assassination. The amount of fraud and deception involved with all types of insurance is out of control and needs to addressed. The common tax paying American foots the bill for all this non sense and the government does nothing to help.

Except in this case it was the insurance companies being defrauded--along with the rest of us who pay premiums for automobile insurance.

Oh, PI lawyers. The pond scum of the legal profession

I make a living defending suits filed by them. Some of them are good people, but a lot of them are also scum. They give the whole profession a bad name.

I may have mentioned this before, cant remember, but i worked with Vanessa many years ago, on a couple different occasions.. her face is obviously just ok, but she has (had) an unreal body…. To the point where, yes she was a professional stunt performer, but she also did work as what is called a body double, specifically she was Jessica Biel’s body double in at least one movie that i know of, possibly more…. The reason i rememeber this is b/c Vanessa told me in specific detail about how she was doing a nude sex scene with i guess Biel’s then boyfriend Chris Evans (? I dont really keep up w/celebrity relationships so i could be wrong).. but anyway she said Jessica Biel was there giving them step by step instructions on how to do everything, this was before “Intimacy Coordinators” were a big thing on film sets like they are now .. in any case, i remember the story so vividly because , honestly, it was super hot to hear her tell it, ha.. that’s a true story , believe it or not i really dont give a shite .

Don’t be fooled. She’s as wide as a house now. I regularly see her at conferences for work.

I’d love to know what took so damn long. I’ve heard the delay was politically due to who may be implicated as it goes up but who knows. Trump winning has definitely reshuffled the deck in many ways, especially within the DOJ. Also interesting is who wasn’t named, yet.

I am curious about any other lawyers who could be indicted in the future. Anybody have any educated thoughts on other names that could still drop?

Saw the name and thought the same thing. There are some last names you see and you know exactly where they went to HS.

Looks like Mr. Tedesco won't be hitting him up for money.....this year

Also is tough to build a case when your cooperating witness gets murdered.

People expect Keating to sing but it may be he was on the periphery and Alfortish was the brains behind it all and was using Garrison and Lebeaud as his guys on the ground.

I try to assume the best in people, but man there are so many scammers.

I fret over shite like whether I documented a small rental property expense deduction adequately or whether I have a conflict because I represented a client 20 years ago in an unrelated matter.

These frickers are out there jacking up our insurance rates, defrauding people and stealing our tax dollars to satisfy their own insane selfish and sociopathic impulses.

Long prison sentences are deserved. Very long.

We should have laws like China on these types of crimes, bullet to the head.

I always thought it odd that she went from being in some crappy office in Kenner to having an office inside Bruno and Bruno downtown in just a few months.
