The law abiding are now the minority and looked down upon by the statist scum. The prosecutors must be low-functioning or get off on letting offenders go. I’m not sure which is worse.

In middle school we had a rather quiet kid a year younger than us. Would show up with bruises. Mom would have bruises. One night he waited until his dad got in the shower, grabbed a bat, and nearly beat him to death. The sheriff at the time made sure no charges ever came about. The dad has never drank again and has never once forgotten the lesson.
I say all this to say... Someone should sodomize that rapist POS with a baseball bat.

That kid should be shot. Prison will not work. His parents should get prison for life. But if the kid did indeed rape and choke girls to the point of asphyxiation, he she but put down like a dog.
We MUST START DEALING WITH THESE LITTLE VIOLENT PIECES OF shite WITH MORE VIOLENCE OF WE WILL HAVE A CIVIL WAR.
The deal is we pay the government to protect us and fairly prosecute criminals, we give them 50% if our fricking check for our entire god damn life. That’s the deal.
This breeds vigilantism and that is what is coming in this country if these “stupid soft on crime so that we can buy Democrat votes” doesnt stop.

I live in Logan county which shares a border with Payne county. We also share the DA and some judges. But this judge does not appear on the list of Logan county judges.
This case is getting A LOT of attention here.
We're rural Oklahoma. Pretty much everyone owns a firearm and a baseball bat.
This rapist is not going to be able to commit even the most menial of misdemeanors without someone knowing about it and reporting him.
If I were a betting man, I'd wager that he does not make it to his 19th birthday without getting in trouble for something else, which will violate his "youthful offender" status and he'll have to go to prison for a long time.

This thread is seriously ill-informed. Every single public official listed here is a diehard tough on crime Republican. The statute in question isn't significantly different from YO statutes in other states.
All of this is happening because ole boy is a baseball kid with wealthy parents. Plain old fashioned good ole boy nonsense, same as anywhere else.
