I mean. That is terrible but shite happens. People get ecoli and die from eating unwashed spinach and leafy greens, and even running a knife through and slicing an unwashed surface contaminated cantelope.
Yeah and we recall spinach and lettuce every time this happens.

Life's a risk, carnal.
Why create a risk when there is virtually no benefit to raw milk? You like your chicken breast medium rare too?

most people's gut microbiome is sorely lackingin lactobacillus.
Doubtful. And even then there are far safer ways to get this than raw milk.

The obsession with raw milk is retarded.
There are far better and healthier ways to get all that raw milk would even offer.

Doubtful.
quote:Far safer? Raw milk isn't very dangerous to begin with, so it pays to be honest about baselines. Properly sourced raw milk is likely - net net - to be better for your than pasteurized.

I don't hardly ever drink it, but I also don't like demonizing those who do so thoughtfully. (This does not include random influencers spewing nonsense).

Americans are as healthy or healthier than they have been.

This article, and the overwhelming evidence, disagrees with you. The chances of becoming sick from pasteurized milk is non-zero. Was the stat 870x more likely from raw milk while not gaining any benefits that aren't easily sourced elsewhere.
Im not demonizing as much as pointing out they are defending nonsense and risking their health doing so. Id tell the same thing to people who buy roadside oysters.

I bought some last week no problems here. And siphoned off cream for my coffee

my wife has me drinking organic whole milk. It’s pasteurized but having grown up on skim milk… I think this is about as much milk as I can handle.
it’s very milky. I cannot imagine what raw milk tastes like and I dont plan on finding out

I don't recall the last time I drank milk ? It was probably middle school lunch in the cafeteria in the mid 80's. I do use it to cook many things but I don't drink it alone.

Someone didn't clean and rinse those udders properly before milking.

When they say raw milk, they are talking about straight from the tit? Yall ever seen milk as its the cow is being milked? Why would someone drink that shite? Do they at least boil it?

Yea but none of those are cool and “ancestral.” How will I ever get instagram followers eating kimchi ?!
