So you want the team to just roll over when they are in the mix for the division? Weird

People on this board want the team to roll over and lose so we can have a higher draft pick. I swear half the posters are teenage girls

The Colts didn’t have a winning record when we played them. Facts matter.

Does the record matter at the point in time they play, or at the end of the season? If end of the season, then he should get credit for Indy this year & Seattle last year. If point in time, does he get credit for ending NYG 3 game win streak, or the fact that Indy ripped of 3 in a row after the Saints loss (4 of last 5)

That's not what the person I responded to said. And the Eagles last season certainly did have a winning record. Facts matter.

Don't know if they had a winning record at the time, but Saints beat Seattle last year as well and they finished at 9-8.

If you want to discount their 3 game win streak, it is a better stretch than we have had all season.

We haven’t won 3 straight games all year

I hear you on that.

But the Rams are fighting for that last wild card spot and we are just a lowly NFC South squad...

That's the part that has me with this eerie feeling.

Nothing guarantees future success like losing. That's why the saints always had such successful runs early in the franchise.

You want to see confidence and bravado INTERNALLY. But when you grandstand at a press conference like you accomplished something noteworthy it just makes you look like a fool.

We cant even lose right. We are just good enough to not get top QB talent and probably just end up missing the post season. Its the worst spot to be in.

I wont bitch if we actually make it. But the fear is the bucs winning the division and we being out of position to draft a QB.

The frick good is 8 wins gona do us?

Because for once they didn't play like shite and finally looked like a team on the same page. Clearly they haven't realized that this past weekend was the expectation of play we fans all want to see whether we end up winning or losing.

crap, let em be confident. This team needs more alpha and less beta. If allen starts coaching like a man, that is a good thing.

Winning two games in a row has that effect on losers like Debbie Allen.
Remember the “big boy football “game in Cleveland last season ?

Lol. Really? If Hurts plays that game we get steamrolled. Put an asterisk by it.

We beat Minshew both times, the backup quarterback, or we probably lose the Indy game.

It must suck to be this miserable.

We just won two and a row and have everything still to play for. We have a realistic path to a home playoff game or a wildcard spot.

Can we just enjoy the win and hope for another this Thursday? Or, would you prefer everyone give up and go home?

I’m fine with the team playing with fire but doing the Devito Italian celebration was a weak look. You beat a team with a 3rd string QB who was undrafted at home. Is it fair to say that should be expected?

Yes, you totally want the head coach to come to a press conference and say the following:

"We understand that we have just won 2 games by over 20 points a piece and haven't surrendered a touchdown in 9 quarters and are in control of our own destiny for the division and are also in the thick of the wild card race. But I want to assure the fans that we acknowledge that we actually really suck, and I am admitting that we are horrible and are much worse than Carolina. I'm doing all that I can to get fired and I hope to make this dream a reality for the fans."

Idiots.
