Maybe we can hope for a another Cousins's/Redskins situation and capitalize off that

Yeah I mean that would be amazing, but those events, like like the signing of Brees, are once in a blue moon lightning strikes.

I like the idea of Teddy out of these, but I don't like the idea of having to trade a 2nd or 3rd for him, which is what I think it would cost.

I'm a Teddy fan. I hope this happens.

Foles is the safe bet and would be more useful to Brees on the sideline. Bridgewater has more upside/potential. I’d be okay with either at the right price.

As for all this tanking, no first round pick next year crap; I’ll post it again.

Yep, only first round QBs are good!

T. Brady,
RG III,
Matt Leinart,
R. Wilson,

J. Manziel,
K. Cousins,

T. Tebow,
J. Garoppolo,
A. Dalton,

Of the 3 I like Teddy.

Tyrod & Foles are not going anywhere. Tyrod is still the starter in Clev & Foles is the starter in Philly until Wentz is able to come back full strength.

With that said, why would the Saints trade for Tyrod or Teddy if they did not even try to set-up a visit when they were FAs?

Same thing happened to Deshaun Watson so you wouldn't take him either?

you must've missed where I said this

Regardless of an injury, if the saints were to trade for a back up to mold to take over for Brees when he leaves, which one would you choose? Tyrod (29), Foles (29), Teddy (25)

Would you prefer an Edsel , a Corvair , or a Ferrari ? :rimshot:

It's fricking sad because by the time Brees is done, our young defense will have matured and be unbelievably good. I like Teddy but don't know what we would have to give up for him or who we would be willing to trade

This is the unpopular opinion apparently, but give me Tyrod Taylor.

Solidly accurate
Good deep ball
Good in and out of the pocket
Has 14 interceptions in 3 years as a starter.
Also has 14 rushing touchdowns in 3 years as a starter so he gives you a little bit there.
Pro Bowler

He’s a solid starter in the league, as are the other two. I just feel like, if I had to choose, I know what I’m getting with Tyrod.
Foles is up and down. Bridgewater is a big question mark. You might hit, you might miss big, but it’s definitely interesting.

That wouldn't be sad to me at all. Great place to restart.

Not to mention he took a terrible offense and defense, with little to no weapons other than shady, to the playoffs for the first time in 19 years. Very efficient, solid work ethic, he’s just been in a horrible organization his entire career. He’s got the football IQ to be good put in the right situation. He hasn’t looked great tonight, but Nick Foles looks like complete trash.

would love to have teddy in here. not like we can't also draft someone. i think tb would be our perfect qb when brees retires. always a huge fan of his when he was at lville.

Teddy could be franchise type guy. He’s got the tools to be a good qb and young enough to sit a couple of years and give you 5+ really good years.

Drew is good for another 30-40 injury free years. I’m talking about bionic shite.
