So to clarify, the team that has had very real chances of going to the Super Bowl the past two seasons won’t win shite...because we cut two undrafted rookies who will likely both make our PS?

Yeah...okay

Jared Cook will make a huge difference in our offense this season.

How such ridiculous BS threads as this one are allowed on this board is a mystery to me.

What in the Hell are you thinking?

The NFL teams are all very close in capability. The league's parity is at an all-time high. What decides many games today is the Officiating, because the player talent-levels are very close.

Look at the coaches/coaching in the NFL today. They get fired from one team and hired by another. Over and over. It's the same small group of men coaching and head coaching the NFL teams.

OFFICIATING decides the games. Unfortunately, the NFL has decided to allow Officiating, which is a a factor with a great deal of luck and maybe a little corruption, to decide many of the games.

So, if the Saints get lucky and don't get cheated, they can win the SB. There are a dozen other teams in the NFL that can say the same thing.

We have a better roster this year somehow but that doesn’t mean more wins

Jared Cook is practically a new WR for us. We'll have a healthy Ted Ginn and guys like Trequan and Kirkwood have a year of regular season reps. It's a whole different animal going against starters in the regular season. Kamara is pretty much a receiver too.

Trequan Smith actually produced big in a couple of games last year but didn't fully grasp all of the WR positions and routes, which hurt him later in the season. This year he knows them all. What happens when defenses take away the only routes Butler and Humphrey can run effectively? Same thing that happened when Smith hit that rookie wall or when Kirkwood would disappear in games.

The 2011 team didn't have an exceptional WR 2, either, and that offense did okay. Specifically, the 2011 team leaned on an exceptional pass-catching RB, a stud WR1, and a prolific TE.

Guess what the 2019 team has going into this season?

If we can stay somewhat healthy then we're winning a superbowl. If one of our tackles goes down THEN we should freak out.

I’m a Rams fan and the only NFC team that scares me is the Saints. You guys are loaded and might have one of the best offenses in NFL history this year

Saints are one if the few who can safely expect to win shite this year

Seriously , get over it. Goodell screwed your team...not us.

Should be flipping off him, not the Rams.
