Different world now is many ways. Winning the conference is always great, but it's about making the playoffs and peaking in the postseason. Not sure anyone is my answer....

I'd say his vast improvement with executing the deep passing game is a clear sign of his coachability AND his work ethic. He's a 1st rounder for sure....
