I will wholeheartedly grovel at the feet of our beautiful and ingenious matriarch Gayle if this is to happen.

It was his plan I'm sure he pitched to Gayle. Keep the gang together, push the salary cap out and win now in a down division.

He failed and failed our future for a couple of years.

I will personally pledge $100 to the Archdiocese legal defense fund if she cans Loomis.

I will give money to help defend pedo priests to rid us of Loomis.

And even if he were to be next in line for a midseason termination, they have to wait until after the trade deadline (tomorrow)

Gayle has a chance to cement her legacy in New Orleans if she cleans up the front office and sets up for a transition to a stable, Louisiana loyal ownership group before she dies. She’d deserve a statue next to her husband outside the Dome.

Well Mickey wasn't exactly supportive of this firing based on his statement. Hopefully he's at odds with Gayle and ultimately ends up in his firing.

Mickey will step back and focus more on a leadership role. He will not be “fired”. He’s basically Benson family.

Sean Peyton ran that franchise with Mr Benson's full support. Tom died and everything went to shite with Loomis and Ireland grabbing power

You can’t get in front of a camera and say the shite he has said over the last two seasons and keep employment.

I don’t give a shite how connected he is. He needs to be moved into a bullshite role within the organization and let someone more competent take the reigns

Lady Gayle cuts Loomis, it would be a huge cause for celebration. I hope that she'd reach out to the League to help guide her through this process.

Maybe she’s grown a hairy pair that Old Man Benson possessed when he passed.

It’s late but a start. I’m watching.

We are currently 70 million over the cap for 2025 with probably the oldest roster in the nfl. The next team is only 30 million over the cap.

It's actually not the oldest roster.

We do have some old big names. David, Jordan, etc.

But we are about league average in age. Because we have a lot of young guys now.

Mickey might lose GM responsibilities but I doubt he’ll be fired.

Things went to shite when Sean Payton got the power to buy the groceries
after they won the SB. His free agent acquisitions and horrible drafts the last
few years he was here is the reason the Saints are in the shape they are in.
Mickey is just on the gravy train and coasting ,until today.

I wouldn't expect him to be booted from the organization so the off season would make sense.

Probably a ceremonial kick upstairs, sort of an upward demotion, like Rich McKay with the Falcons.
