I’d settle for Stafford but Sam Darnold is the guy I want if I’m the saints.

no, I've seen it throughout his career... I'm just saying Father Time is undefeated, and he's on the wrong side of the ledger, especially when you factor in injuries and concussions...

He could def back up Taysom. I don’t mind

This dude is still slingin cock out there. Dude said Philip rivers
I'm not saying that he's on the same physically as Rivers... I'm saying in terms of making the team a contender, I believe he would do for us what Rivers did for Indy this year.... nice season, but really just an after thought in the big picture of contenders...

He would absolutely be a fantastic fit and an immediate MVP candidate on this team...

I’m waiting for all the people saying “no way” to tell us what a better option is for the Saints.

A dream scenario would be Cincinnati rolling with their back up QB and trading Burrow due to injury risk factors. Not impossible, just highly improbable; see Brees and Rivers.

What is the status of his health, it seems every season he has some ailment making him a gametime decision or keeping him out. Is his body starting to break down, simply Detroit sucking and not protecting him?

That only makes sense if you think the saints supporting cast isnt better than the colts. Also, who is the next qb that is attainable that gets us over that hump?

There are better options.

I'd take him in a heartbeat.

Stafford would be a great option for the immediate future if he becomes available. As it stands right now the upcoming group of free agent QBs sucks.

Yeah I'd be for it as well.
