Yeah I recognize the need but Taysom was basically your short yardage back this season. I only see spending tradable assets if that need is now one that will carry on for an extended period of time.

Still won't help the team's passing attack. I always go back to the playoffs, when teams are at their best, and the Saints screen game was eaten alive these past few years. They need legitimate WR talent.

Out of necessity and Taysom on QB power is kinda getting worn out. Another option to mix it up is probably a good thing.

He’s a bitch, but we need to get him back. Him and Snead. We need WR help. The WRs have really fricked Winston.
Winston is playing better than 06 brees and Sean handled it the same way then. If we get some help at WR we can make a run. This defense is elite and the team is resilient.

Hardly out of necessity. Taysom was historically effective at it.
If you recall the statistic of the saints having scored a touchdown 100% of time this season when they get to the 10 yard line...which was snapped on Monday night.
