Philadelphia Eagles move to 5-0 as Gardner-Johnson comes up with big INT and leads team in tackles.

Eagles also looking forward to receiving the Saints' first-round pick in next year's draft.

I'll still never understand that move...

I think Loomis is great for the team, but that was a head scratcher.

PFF is a joke. Anyone who watched that game yesterday saw Ceedy was the best player on the field for the Eagles' defense. 10 tackles, an INT, a PD, a TFL.

He's great for the Eagles.

Not disputing the point, but has Philly actually seen the benefit from most of the trades with the Saints. Other than Ceedy, did they get anyone else this year or does that start next year? I know they used the first to get AJ Brown, but they could have done that with the 1st they gave the Saints

Now, Wash was able to get Dotson, the RB that was shot and just returned, and another pick they traded away

it really is quite amazing how long of a leash loomis has. he regularly loses trades, yet seems to always get the benefit of the doubt from the fans.

The reality is that we didn't see him as a safety while other teams did and he wanted to be paid like a safety and not a NCB.

However, he had 1 good game, ignoring that he played abysmal for 4.

Dude is getting smoked out there. I dare you to watch one of their games and just watch him. He's by far their worst starting DB.

That said, it was still a shite trade

At least it looks like the pick we give up will be top 10 instead of top 5

Olave has been the best player on our offense through five games.

If our pick to the eagles ends up around 9-14, essentially where Olave went, are we really saying that’s a bad trade? We just got our guy a year earlier and he’s really good.

He thought TM7 would be a replacement and he was wrong.

Have you seen ceedy?
He’s nuts.
They had to cut him loose because he was disgruntled. He wanted 4 million more than the top 4-2-5 ss/NB.

given our current injury situation in the secondary, yes, I absolutely miss him.
