i'm starting to want the idea of acquiring '24 draft capital and not necessarily '23 draft capital.

The problem is that you aren't guaranteed to get Sean, so it's a risk to fire your coach

The nerve of this dickhead Sean McVay. Dude been HC since 2017 and hadn't built a team or developed anyone outside Kupp. Dude made a bunch of trades and gave out outlandish contracts. Wins a Super Bowl with other teams players and now that he has fricked their cap and assets, he wants to bolt. This dude makes Payton look like a saint.

same. based on the qb i think we can get this year vs the qb we can next year. 23' seems like a good year to clean up the cap. look for a qb and head coach in 24', unless allen pulls off some type of miracle and we make the playoffs while cutting fat off the roster.

It would be foolish to rule out Houston.

Wish it was a Dennis Allen watch. Unfortunately the franchise has decided that mediocrity is acceptable.

Not suprised. When the city accepts an absolute steaming pile of dog shite as it’s mayor, mediocrity is like actually winning the lottery.

This is the correct play. Maybe trade our second for a first next year and have three firsts to make sure we get Williams or Maye.

If the city controlled the coaching decisions, we'd have an all Black coaching staff.

Where does he want to go?

How does everyone know what he wants? I follow the saints religiously and have never seen anything in writing besides fan speculation

He’s done some interviews. He definitely said that the most important thing to him is the front office and ownership situation.

The rest is definitely fan speculation.

I don’t see how Denver is a better situation unless Sean believes he can fix Russ enough to ride that D to a championship

Houston you have much more flexibility to make the team in your image

Zona has a QB in place, just depends on how you feel about Murray long term

Not sure Houston has the ownership status Payton is seemingly wanting to get paired with.

Also if HOU thinks they gonna raid Ireland with Payton, suck deez nuts and cough up multiple firsts

I agree. He would never ever work for that idiot owner.

The saints need to make ireland gm so they can block him from interviewing with payton as his gm.

Its just my speculation based on the way he speaks about and has spoken about ownership mattering. I dont think he would trust texans ownership

Mother of God. You are right. This would be it. The motherload If only CSP would cooperate and feign interest in the texans!
