according to Kristin Ledlow during the TNT broadcast.

Added that he has done on-court work but nothing at full speed.

And the team is requiring that he meet pre-injury strength and conditioning metrics and he’s not near them yet.

2020 is when we'll see him. I just hope it's before February

A couple of days ago, he hadn't done anything on the court yet, so there's progress. But yeah, it sounds like it might be around the 20th or so before he's ready. There's no way that it's next year.

I’m pretty sure it wasn’t just a meniscus tear. This is ridiculous!

I’ve said it all along; Zion never should have had surgery before the season. Let him start, see how it goes.

Shutting him down before opening night cost us all the momentum we had built up.

Also, Kuzma instead of Ball should have been a nonnegotiable stipulation of the AD trade.

Is it just me or are the Pelicans year in and out the most injured team in the league? Some key player is always hurt and they are always in the process of rebuilding.

When did Gentry and his "pace" come here? Hmm...

To be fair, we weren't much better with Monty's slowest team in history philosophy.

Does that also include Favors 4 missed games so far for his mother?

It looks bad, but we've repeatedly held guys out until they were 100% and being super cautious with them..

Training staff has been doing great in the rehab process IMO

I don't know for sure that Kenrich will be back tomorrow, but we should otherwise finally be completely healthy for the first time this season. Assuming that we have Favors for the game, I like our chances against the Suns.

He’s out of shape. Good for the team in making sure that not only is his knee fully healthy for return, but also that he is in playing shape.

Yeah with a lower body injury it's just really difficult to stay in playing shape. He's gonna need a few weeks at least to get close to playing shape.
