Warriors are playing like a Top-5 team in the West right now, especially on defense.

They haven't really played any body in their last 10 games. Still 19-30 against .500 teams. I like our chances tonight.

Yeah they’re really not. Curry has struggled. Don’t buy the media hype. Good team but top 5 in west is laughable.

Best road team in conference @ a barely 500 home team

Aren't they like 10-2 over their last 12?

They certainly have turned it up a little.

9-3. But whats odd is most of the wins were on the road. They have oddly struggled at home. Not saying they’re not good but this aint the nuggets or twolves- they’re beatable.

Warriors will be trying to get a home game for their play-in and also flex playoff muscle. They play small, similar to the Pels but have added Davis to their rotation that's helped anchor their small ball defense.

Kings winning tonight makes everything easier for us.

If Kings win and Pels win, then we are the 6th seed.
If Kings win and Pels lose, then the Lakers are very likely to concede to 10th place. A Warriors win over us means the Lakers can't pass them, and a Kings win means the only way for the Lakers to pass them is for the Kings to lose to the Blazers in the last game, and the Lakers beat us on the road, just for the slim chance they might get to play the 9/10 game at home. I doubt they give a shite so they'll likely rest everyone.

Go Kings!

Now if Suns win and Pels lose, that won't be fun. Queens would fall to 10th and Lakers would need a win over us to keep the 9 seed and play at home against the Kings

If Suns win and Pels win, It's also not fun b/c then the Lakers would need to beat us to remain the 8 seed, which would mean they would just stay in Nola and play us again. I don't like that scenario at all, although that does assume the Suns beat the Wolves to keep us at 7. The only saving grace there might be are the Wolves are playing to win, unless of course the Bucks beat the Thunder tonight, and assuming the Wolves beat the Hawks, then the standings are pretty much set at 1, 2, 3 with the Wolves very unlikely to get the 1 seed with Denver playing Memphis in their last game.

Go Kings!

I assume in all scenarios the Lakers beat the Grizzlies tonight. The Grizz are literally fielding a G-League team at best right now.

The Warriors probably have the best 10-11 man rotation in the league. Even if Curry doesn’t show up, they can still win. If he shows up, we need to hope their other 11 guys don’t. This is not going to be an easy game by any means. If we show up with the wrong level of focus, they can and will beat us by 25 plus.

I also think people forget how well CP3 tends to play against us in in important games.

I highly doubt that.

They are 2-5 without Curry.
The 2 wins are against a Jazz recnetly who has quit, and no one was playing, and the Spurs.

They are 19-4 when Curry shoots over 46% from 3.
They are 20-18 when he shoots 25%-45% from 3
They are 4-8 when he shoots under 25% from 3.

So basically if Curry doesn't shoot 46% from 3 or better, they are a below .500 team.

They are 23-21 when he scores under 29.
If he scores 29-37, they are 18-6.
They are only 3-4 when he scores 38 or more.

They are literally a one man show, and have the most insignificant group of role players in the league that literally no one else wants back in trades outside of Kuminga, and maybe Podziemski and Trayce Jackson-Davis.

I"m not trying to say it'll be an easy win, b/c i know it will be a tough game, but don't act like they are a good team. They revolve completely around Curry. No one is scared of Klay anymore, and the rest of that roster is invited to shoot anytime they want. They also have ZERO rim protection. There only center is a 6'9" guy they picked 57th overall this summer. Looney has gotten 8 DNP-CD in the last 18 games.

we should punish the shite out of them down low, not match their small ball lineup, even though ours is better.

They have been a different squad since the all star break. I appreciate the stats breakdown, but a lot of those numbers are irrelevant based on the past 6 weeks or so.

They are healthy, deep and loaded. Curry and Klay both have ability to get hot. Draymond has been hitting 3’s this year. CP3 is always a thorn in our side. Kuminga is playing smart and efficient basketball. Gp2 is a possible CJ McCollum stopper. Draymond Green is a Potential Zion stopper. Looney has been non existent, but this is probably a game he can be effective in if they need him to be. Pods is a bucket. Moody is a winning player when he gets minutes. Wiggins is back and hooping. Trace is a vertical spacer and decent rim protector. We have to be careful. This is not the same team as they were in Oct-Dec.

Lol they’re the 10th seed and still suck at home. They’re a good team but you’re acting like they are second coming of the Jordan Bulls. Dude you literally on this board praise everyone but the pels. If they were playing blazers- im sure I would hear this same bullshite.

I found this chart on twitter interesting. If momentum between the ASB and the playoffs matter, of the Western Playoff teams, I'd say the Pels have the 3rd highest momentum behind the Nuggets and Mavs. If we can keep that 6 spot, OKC and Minny are 2 of the biggest decliners in the West.

Pels may end up lucky as bad as our home stretch was. Should clinch the 6 seed avoiding play-ins and work out that were on the opposite side of the bracket of Nuggets and Mavs. Wouldn’t face either until the WCF. Getting OKC and MIN in the first couple series was the plan all along

huh?

If we magically clinch the 6 tonight, it might allow the Suns to rest against the Wolves Sunday. Dallas is resting everyone against OKC. So Denver might be locked in at 3 now and we're f'd
