Except if you’re the Pels. Then an unprotected 1st in the most hyped draft class in two decades will get you the 13th pick in a weak draft.

At first I didn't get it. But after thinking about it I like it for Minnesota. McDaniels and ayo will have easy easy scoring opportunities. Rudy will be safety net for defense. Both ant and lemelo can and will go off. I don't know about their bench and depth but the starters will be fun to watch. Plus the removal of Randall already made them better.

Yeah because Kon, Flagg, VJ, Harper, Queen, Fears, etccc are weak arse prospects.... That could be one of the best draft classes in the last decade or 2 but lets call it weak because random people decided to evaluate an entire draft class before they actually play any NBA minutes.
Those dudes were taking over last year and all breaking records.

The dirty little secret no one talks about. The reason the Celtics are open to trading Brown is the size of his contract. It’s a super max where he makes up about 35% of the cap three years into his 30’s. He’s a great player and I would love to have him. But there’s not a lot of teams mortgaging their future for that.
