I really don't understand people not wanting jaylen brown. Would people not want Tatum? It makes zero sense.
I’d imagine if you’re investing so much in brown you’re looking to contend or make a deep playoff run. I just don’t see this roster achieving that without Trey. It’s not so much Brown as it is I don’t trust Zion staying healthy and impacting wins as a second option. Plus we still lack shooting. Fears and Queen would have to make massive second steps for it to work like we want it

The Boston Celtics continue to be engaged in trade talks centered on Jaylen Brown and have asked some interested teams in a pick-heavy return, according to ESPN's Shams Charania. "What's the ask now?" said Charania on Friday's episode of Get Up. "From my understanding, the Celtics have asked teams for at least four first round picks for Jaylen Brown."

Because teams who trsde for Brown want to compete and keep most of their key players.

So Herb/ (4) 1st/ (3) swaps isn't impossible..

Let's be honest - those early picks can be used to nab rotational players. Those late picks you're controlling their future, just like we did for Milwaukee, as other teams have done to phoenix, Brooklyn, lac, etc.

Hell Boston built this team because of asset acquisitions.
