re: The Pels are 7-3 over their last 10. I think it’s safe to say Dejounte is 100%.

RUN IT BACK!!

I'm telling you year 8 with Zion is the year we get to the playoffs. I know he was healthy this year but if he is even more healthy I think that does it for us.

I get the point but this offense has looked remarkably better with Murray facilitating

We’re capped in what we can accomplish if Murray decides he needs 16-17 shots a game. Hes not that #1 guy or a good facilitator. Just really decent at a lot of things.

I’ve been more hopeful watching Fears develop as a passer this season. He’s actually looking to pass quite a bit now.

Do love Murray’s attitude and disruptiveness on defense though.

So this was a good move by David Griffin?

DJ was a great move. IMO it was a win/ win.

DJ can have a bigger overall impact than Dyson and theres no promise our picks would have hit.

The Queen trade was also a good trade and I believe it will be looked back at as a win/ win.

The CJ trade a wash. In reality, that was our biggest blunder. We should have extended BI and got rid of CJ instead of extending CJ and getting rid of BI. BUT we got Bey for cheaper. Wash.

The only "bad" move was trading the Pacers pick. But its really easy to understand the thought process behind it. I dont even really view that trade as a bad trade, just an unfortunate outcome.

The worst thing we can currently do is hold onto Herb instead of upgrading or getting assets for him. Wasting his value would be worse than the Pacers pick.

I love this too. My fear is Joe will find a way to ruin it .

On last night . Cue the NWO music

Whatever pushes the pick outside of the top 10...I'm for it. That's our playoffs now

Not really; Brooks was out, who next to Booker has been their guy.

But Jalen Green was back and he is ramping up his minutes and scoring lately.
If you look at all games since Herb came back we have only two blowouts- vs Bucks (1st game after ASW, who actually beat OKC before that) and vs Clippers (which was b2b).
We were competitive in every other game and our record is 12:9. Since Dejonte returned we are obviously even better.
Are we a contender, Hell NO, are we a playoff team next year, probably not. But if Fears and Queen have a proper off-season and take a next step or somehow we find a proper shooter instead of JP and Hawk and a center instead of Looney and DJ (who I believe we shall keep as a coach) we will be fighting for 6-10 spot.

That’s all great and everything but this actually gives Dumars more bullets to “ Run it Back” next season without any changes. All we’ve done is beat tanking and subpar teams

To be fair, do we really want Joe Dumars making any significant moves? I'm still amazed we actually hired him. Should have moved on from Griff for Trajan years before. This freaking franchise.

I actually like our small ball opening lineup. It works because we have an outstanding rebounding PG in Dejounte and you can switch both Herb and Bey 1-5 if needed. Bey was bullying BI last night when he got the ball on the block. BI is longer but Bey is built like a brick shithouse similar to Zion. Also did anyone else notice Z actually defending out on the 3pt line? He was shuffling his feet and staying in front of BI. Thats a good sign. Missi is getting better each game as well but I still would like a starting center. Yves is best in spurts where his energy rubs off. I’d rather him give 20 minutes like last night than 30+ minutes of average at best play. No doubt DeAndre Jordan should be a coach next year.

Something different with Zion. 20 games in a row is impressive vs his career. No longer has any influence but gm. Dumars… you’ll get a pass, then let us down. Just waiting.

Amazing all these wonderful moves and we have the 6th worst record in the league, and would likely be worse because tanking can’t help like others.

We did just get Murray back.

This roster is middling but clearly isn't as bad as many thought, especially with Murray. It's crazy how's he's bounced back so fast.

We just have to hope this continues and we make the 1st worse and figure out rotations while Fears/Queen keep developing. Then hope Dumars doesn't do more stupid shite in the off season. If we are lucky a team or 2 will choose to blow it up and we can use what assets we have to try to get key pieces/upgrades.

I am not really for running it back with the exact same group, but. I would rather that, than to do some dumb trade with draft picks or bringing back a terrible salary

Yes. What we do not need are more Jordan Poole trades.

Run it back!

I know there’s people who aren’t saying this sarcastically which is quite funny

Outside of Toronto who is on a free fall the last few weeks, we haven’t beaten anyone who isn’t trying to lose.

Warriors didn’t have Curry

Sixers only had maxey and a rookie Edgecombe
