Maybe GS gets desperate at the last hour and gives us something before the deadline.

After that Luka trade I’m convinced some of these gms should be working at Foot Locker. Griff included.

Yep. We duck the tax, Gayle collects her check and then she doesn’t think about the Pelicans again until it’s time for her to pick up next year’s tax ducking check

Why the hell wouldn't you duck the tax with the 3rd worst team in the league?

I feel like Ingram would've signed that already.

Pelicans F Brandon Ingram is hoping to return to game action in the next 2-3 weeks, I'm told.

This pisses me off as much of the trade offer mess.

How much fricking time does he need off injured for something minor. It’s truly pathetic.

50 mil a season my arse.

Every single one of you is taking this report at face value? To me, this looks like a targeted link to gain leverage in negotiations with another team.

Given the market has always been very meh on BI and griffin pretty much proving himself to be an incompetent jack arse, I’m not sure why anyone would choose to have any kind of faith that this won’t end in failure

Can we just get rid of him for nothing instead of paying more to eventually get rid of him?

He's fine. I would bet a lot of money the Pels are telling teams he's healthy and they're keeping him on the bench in case of a trade working out.

Agreed.

Probably more like 2/70 with a team option for 35-40M

That 2/70 could also be declining over time, like 37 and 33

And the worst part is the above statement could be applied equally to either of our two “stars”.

I would let BI walk if I could not get something down.

But if, he would agree to be a 6th man type and take a team friendly I would consider resigning him

Yeah I don’t want him on the team next year I don’t even care about how small of a contract he’d accept. So sick of this core. Want it to end

Through Scoop B? I would think they would have gone much bigger if that were the case with a reporter that teams respect.

Ingram is not a winning player, teams don’t want to pay $35 million for a guy like that.

I don’t mind having Kuminga. Not sure if he’s a reliable source or not, but he has 267k followers.

I wouldn’t hate Kuminga and a pick. Kuminga could be a good backup 4

I would take Podz over Kuminga.

Route Wiggins to Utah for Collins

Problem is he wants 30 million a year. I believe he was demanding more on an extension than we paid Trey

So something like

BI and Theis to GS
Kuminga and Wiggins to Utah
Collins and Podz to Pels
