And yet some people were cool with wanting to give up BI, Nance, 5 firsts, and 2 swaps for him. Thank god midnight Pels Talk doesn’t run the team

I mean our own franchise reportedly offered Ingram for Sengun and were laughed off of the phone.

Sengun is a 22 year old center that has stats and development on par with Jokic as a young player. Not quite as tall as Jokic, but much more athletic. He also routinely bitches Sabonis, Jokic and Wemby in head to head matchups. Oddly enough Jonas and Embiid are the only 2 centers, that Sengun remotely struggles against. Houston’s fanbase would absolutely riot if he is moved in a deal for KD.

I really don’t think any of the rumors about trading him are real. And If they trade Sengun, I’d have to think they are actually getting Booker instead of Durant.

But in all honesty, I don’t have the time or energy to do it anymore. So I’ll probably just give him a lazy eye, throw a wiener on him, and call it a day

I’m hearing the Knicks may be looking to dump some players for cap purposes due to them trying to get Bridges plus resign OG and Hartstein.

Someone floated them shipping out Robinson for a TPE to Atlanta.

Agreed, he had the leverage b/c Philly was ready to pounce.

I saw somewhere that they are hard capped at 178 mil, and they only had ~50 mil to pay both OG and Hartenstein, assuming OG’s deal starts at 35, that only leaves about 15 for Hartenstein. They can only pay him 17 anyway, I also read they are assuming he’s gonna leave.

And this is why it was smart of them to hold on their capital and not blow it all on Donovan Mitchell 2 years ago. This has the makings of a very good team. Also, they have to trade Randle at this point, right?

Surely they have a taker lined up for Randle right?

I was watching some Philly sports show earlier and the 3 guys on there all thought that a move for BI was the most likely trade for them. They said they’d trade their pick tonight and the Clippers pick in 28 for him.

Something could happen during the draft.

For an expiring player that you potentially have to pay a Max?….

I think BI’s looming contract situation is a big reason why there have not been huge proposed deals in place.

If they expand the trade and dump more salary, they either aren’t hard capped or they are hard capped at a higher amount than currently.

Yes, pick 16 in a terrible draft and a Clippers pick 4 years from now? Nah, that is not close to enough.
