If Mosley gets Zion to stop being a bitch and get on the block and grab boards while taking the lionshare of shots, that'll be enough for me. Mosley needs to piss him off like he did Banchero. Maybe then Zion will respond.

seems like dumars has laid a very good stable foundation for zion to continue his organizational buy in and maybe a coach like mosley can just get a little bit more out of zion and then start maximizing the other young pieces too.

The only saving grace is that defensively those guys were really good every year he was there.

Offensively, you better find a damn coach (and listen to him).

How'd that work out last season?

He's not a good coach.

Take any coach who hasn't coached before, we do not know if they're a good caoch. We're a franchise who HAS to take swings if we want to get a legit good coach.

This was the absolute perfect time to do so.

it’s pretty easy to look smart regarding the pelicans. Just predict pessimistic outcomes and you’ll be right 99% of the time.

Do i think im smarter than the FO? YES FOOL. The bar is in hell. Have fun coping and thinking this shite will work. My god some of yall are spineless and easy sheep to wrangle. Its a big reason why we are in this mess to begin with. At least protest or stop spending yall money on this shite team.

Stand for something or fall for anything.

Buddy D. would say that about the Saints.

They called me again this morning on buying season tickets. Told em I’m being patient. Just like the owner suggested.

I guess I can be happy it’s not Ham but I would have liked to take a chance on Rondo. Guess we will see how it goes.

I know he was dealt a god awful fit of a roster in Orlando, but I don’t feel great hiring a guy who was just fired.

He lead Orlando to 3 straight playoff appearances. He lost in the first round all three times but I will gladly take that compared to how the Pels have fared over the same period of time.

Copy / paste:

The Pelicans believe the franchise is at a point similar to when Mosley took over the rebuilding Magic in 2021 after a 21-win season. His leadership and development plan led to season-by-season improvement, then playoff appearances.

The 47-year-old Mosley, who was second in Coach of the Year voting in 2023-24, had the third-most regular-season wins in Magic franchise history (189). Before he joined, the Magic hadn't made the playoffs for three straight years since 2009-12.

Mosley built teams anchored by strong defenses, with the Magic ranked No. 3 overall in 2023-24, No. 2 in 2024-25 and No. 11 this season.

I feel like the Mosley hire means we’re keeping most of these guys. Now I feel like we’re keeping Herb. We need Treys shooting. Zion isn’t going anywhere. Probably going to give up quality picks and players like Poole for a big.

He had a 3-1 lead on the 1 seed before his best player got hurt.

Fields top defenses.

Wins games.

What makes him not good? And can that not good be rectified with the right staff?

That’s hilarious. As a Magic fan, y’all can have him.
