If we somehow get Okongwu, I would be shocked.

Capela makes a bit to much and would push us back into the tax.

If Atlanta wants us to take Bogi, they may have to include Okongwu and that Laker pick as payment. I think this would be my favorite Atlanta scenario.

Raptors I want RJ and Boucher for BI and JRE

Okongwu, Bogi, and a pick would be interesting. Would love Hunter too.

This will be an unpopular opinion but I’ll miss BI. Beyond all the injuries and the contract bullshite, the guy just loves ball and he works at his craft. I wish there was a way we could keep him but it’s clear Trey is the future SF for this squad but it just makes me sick knowing we are about to trade one of the best pure scorers in the NBA for fricking peanuts because Griff is out of his depth. The fact that we won’t even get a single 1st for a guy that is a 24/5/5 player but the Lakers trade for Luka without even seeing if they could find a better offer than a 30 year injury prone pussy just shows how fricked the NBA is. Small market teams really have to hit on the few assets they have and we have pissed ours away while OKC and Houston look like geniuses.

Guys who love ball don’t sit with minor injuries.

Bogi is considered a bad contract, if Atlanta wants to get off that contract they may not have a choice but to include him. Capela would put us back into the tax which we won’t do, and they don’t have much in the way of picks to compensate us.

Damn, you already know the trade package?

Wish we were trading CJ instead, but hope we atleast get it over with. I imagine the return will be melt worthy.

“A pick, a thick, and a prick”.

“Name the trade package for Brandon Ingram.”

Yeah McNamara said there’s an 80% chance he gets traded too. I think he has ATL sources

Why would they risk CJ getting hurt tonight playing if he was actually on the trading block?

All the trades Griff passed on for years and now we just happy to get 2nds?

Talk about setting the bar low. This is why basketball in Nola will never go anywhere

This is the pels we’re talking about. They have Trey playing 40 minutes a night while we’re trying to tank

If Toronto offers up the Indy first we’ll probably send him to Toronto. If not it’ll probably be Atlanta for Capela

I never said 2nds. Read above I said Lakers 1st back to us with Okongwu and Bogi (have to pay us to take the bad contract).

But yes, if it’s 2nds instead of the 1st I may be fine with it depending on the players.

Washington just cleared money and are expected to have 37 million in cap space this offseason, so theres another suitor for BI that no S&T would be needed for

I think we will regret trading BI but he never really fit too well beside Zion. Sucks it couldn’t work out. Always really liked the guy.

Okongwu is a monster. I’ve been begging for him for over a year. He dropped 30 tonight against Wemby and co.
