If Kawhi bolts, who says no: Ball S&T, Bledsoe, 2021 1st, 2 2021 2nds, 2022 LAL 1st, NOLA 2023 1st Swap & 2024 or 2025 LAL 1st for PG13?

First of all no. Hell no. That contract is awful. My only reconciliation is trading him away using some of the remaining warchest. Idk. I hate this shite but PG13 makes a legit big 3 with BI and Z. My buddy is blowing my phone up today about it. Save me sons.

I feel like paul george would hate it here and will publicly demand a trade out unless we are in the wcf/finals in year 1 with him.

I feel like so far we have botched the franchise rebrand. Most around the league didn’t blame AD for leaving because we are seen around the leaguas a shite organization. We all hope that changed with gayle’s renewed backing, facility and staff upgrades etc.

But this season feels like the momentum on that has stalled. JJ publicly bashing us. Jrue requesting a trade. Josh Hart (who begged griff to not trade him before last year) has one foot out the door. Rumblings that our players don’t like our brand new coach...

Just feels like a splashy trade needs to work immediately or they guy we traded for will become a malcontent real quick.

If Kawhi bolts, they're completely done and have basically no picks for 5 years.

I think it would be really dumb not to trade Paul George if Kawhi leaves.

But I don't want this trade for the Pels, no thanks.

No I wouldn't do it from the Pels perspective, PG is often injured and it's now proven he's a playoff choker.

Straight Lonzo S&T sure, but I'm not giving them picks.

I think they would trade him if Kwahi bolts, and I think NYK would be the frontrunner for him, they have cap space to make a lopsided trade, and extra picks.

Philly and Boston would be other ones I could see. Boston sending Kemba and picks for PG.

This.

Bill Simmons asked Russillo on Sunday who would say no in a BI for PG trade.

But neither of them considered the fact that one of the main benefits for BI is that he likes it here. And PG would IMMEDIATELY be unhappy.

Not only is the contract terrible but you have to give up significant assets to get him? You'd have been better off paying Jrue enough money to stay than giving up assets for Paul George. He will be making almost $49 million in 4 years when he's 35.

Zion and BI and Kawhi... does that not compete in today's NBA?

If Kawhi bolts, there's no stopping OKC

It's all pretty much moot

Look at Harrell's comment on George after last season's playoffs and that's enough to know about PG's all about me attitude. There's some guys who is all about winning and will do whatever it takes to reach that goal. And there are guys who talk a lot but never accepts accountability when things get tough. Guys like George doesn't have what it take on the mental side of the game to lead a team to a championship.

BI is so much younger than PG. you have to remember PG is on the slope downhill. That would be such a dumb trade for us imo.

Don't want George. However, if they lose in the 1st round, they could push for a Ball S&T. Maybe we could get some value there if they are desperate for something like that.

The funniest thing is that you think PG would even entertain a trade here.
