Do you think Griff and the front office are satisfied with just beating average/bad teams?

“ Run it back “ clearly isn’t going to get us past the play in game. I think we probably have the nicest group of guys in the NBA and it’s gonna be hard to say goodbye but hopefully he starts making some trades, if not then they are satisfied with average

Something has to change. Willie, Zion and BI deserve some credit sure, but the bench is providing very little support just like last January.

Ppl love the depth of this team bc Trey is viewed as an all star by many in this board and on Pels Twitter.

I said it a few weeks ago and will say it again . He has not been good this season . His spacing helps and he’s has some games that he’s made shots but has not been consistent and has contributed little else

To me the question is how to take that next step? Is it as simple as swapping BI for someone? A new coach?

Honestly I think so. But Griff has a hard on for BI.

What is the next step?

If it's to be something beyond a play-in team, a new coach would help.

If it's to be a conference final contender, it's parting with BI or Zion to get you a true superstar.

One guy I think is gettable and probably better fit/player than BI is Anfernee Simons. This is the only way to find guys who can flourish into superstars when given more time. Its also funny they both have the same babymamas lol

We’ll know the answer if he gives BI a max extension. If yes? Then get used to this because this is the ceiling

You know what hes going to do right?

Blame and fire Willie. Then give BI the extension. And then expect the new coach to make this shite work.

Ands that’s when I tune out until someone else is in charge. At that point I can’t blame BI or Zion anymore

Too much of a negative thread. Admin should anchor your thread. Positive threads only.

On broadcast he told Joel and AD they evaluate the season in parts, usually 10 games at a time. Short term I'd be more concerned with the energy than the results. They look disengaged right now. How do they flip that switch?

It's obvious we are trying to trade for a center and a scoring guard. Now we have to see if a trade happens.

Maybe we can trade for someone like Jordan Hawkins.

Yes.

BI is not the answer and this will frick this team if he is paid 50M next year.

Charlotte gets - Bi and Naji

Pels get - Washington, Miller and Richards.

My 5 favorite guys on the team (in order) are Alvarado, Val, Jones, Murphy and McCollum (Hawkins is about to jump into the list). Why do we have to get rid of any of them in a reset?

There were a few of us the last two years prepairing half of this board for this very outcome. Everyone called us Nega-Pels, cry babies, etc. No, we're fricking Oracles of Basketball bitches!
