Pels have yet to sign a single FA even one of their own.
Are we the only team to sign zero free agents so far?
Kinda weird.

Free agent Paul Millsap has agreed to a one-year, $10M-plus deal to return to the Denver Nuggets

Kinda don’t see any of those guys as a wing I guess. Juancho would be the closest I guess.
Juancho is a wing
I didn’t imply the other two were wing options.

Would there be any cap reasons to hold off on Ingram’s extension until we figure out the rest of our moves?
Like is his hold less than the extension amount?

The Jrue trade still isn't completed. I think I saw we're about $2-$3 million short. S&T 1 of Moore/Frank/Kenrich should be able to cover it. I wonder if that's holding up FA moves. Maybe a S&T of E'Tuwan and getting something useful back is a possibility?

How many players under contract did we have and how many rookies (drafted or two way) did we have under contract when free agency started?
And how much free cap space did we have?
With who we had under contract, flipping Jrue for Hill and Bledsoe, and signing a two way rookie, we had a ton of players under contract until we flipped Hill and Miller for Adams.
At this point, about all we have room for is another 5 like Baynes unless we move on from Lonzo or Bledsoe.

They wouldn’t agree to a deal they could never complete so you would think they had worked out that detail before news broke.
And they could agree with FAs in anticipation of the deal.
If they are waiting on that they need to get it freaking done. Running out of time for guys.

This has been such a shite show I'm half expecting Ingram to whiff on us

a full 24 hours into FA without any FA signings could be approaching a record i would think

Pels probably have hand shake agreements with two FAs but can't nail down their exact contract details until the trade is officially done. Lots of moving parts with the Bucks and others probably because all our close to the cap. Once it's done we announce BI max and FAs pretty quickly

I think his cap hold is like 21 mil and his max contract will be like 27-29 or something like that.
I think we've locked up ingram. If there was any possibility he wanted to leave us some team would have offered him the max on Friday.

Definitely not a shitshow I like the trade and what we have done so far.
But I’m having trouble envisioning the roster plan and construction with what we know so far and what is still available.

I’ve always thought of him as strictly a PF but I can’t say I’ve watched him THAT much.

I don’t know if this has been said, but I think we still sign Aron Baynes. Steven Adams and Aron Baynes are both originally from New Zealand. The only two native New Zealanders in the league. And of course we know the Baynes and SVG connection.
I’m sure I will hit submit and he will have signed somewhere else now. But we shall see.

Cap hold is 21.9mil from memory

I’m a Baynes fan and he has a different skill set from Adams but then I’d start to get really confused about roster construction. A lot invested in Center which doesn’t make too much sense.
What are we doing at Wing? Shooting Guard? Are we moving Melli or Ball? Then what do we do at backup PF.
I have questions.

Give me Batum, Ilyasova, and Payton and I’ll be happy

Back up SG and Wing isn’t pressing right now. Plenty of guard depth to hold the forth down this season. Hart is adequate as Ingram’s back up for now. No point in signing guys off the street who aren’t good enough to take minutes from Hart, Redick, NAW, and even Lewis as he can play off ball. Can’t fill every position with the ideal signing in one offseason.
