"The Sopranos" Season 2 (Finale) Episode 13 "Funhouse"
During a bout with food poisoning, Tony has vivid dreams and finally realizes (and later confirms) that Sal "Big Pu**y" Bonpensiero is a rat. Tony, Paulie, and Sil take him on a final boat ride. Meanwhile, Meadow graduates from high school and we get a montage of the mafia's money making schemes set to the Rolling Stones' "Thru and Thru" (with a Keith Richards' vocal) as Tony puffs away on his cigar.

West Wing - “In the Shadow of Two Gunmen”. I’ve rewatched it several times and I have the same visceral reaction to it every time even though I know what happens. Same with “Commencement”.
