The Inbetweeners (UK version) - Fashion Show
Has one of the single funniest scenes in tv history up there with Silicon Valley optimal jerk off scene. Anyone else know this?

First 5 episodes put together are about the best TV I have ever seen Last 3 slight dropoff
Just finished my annual rewatch. One of those shows where episode 4 and 5 are the absolute apex, both then and now, but man do eps 1-3 and 6-8 age well over time once you have an appreciation for how the story is being pieced together (and for how meticulous the cinematography and music selection is). They really took a lot of care in putting together something new and original that has held up really well over time and it shows in stark contrast to a lot of the rushed to production crap that’s come out lately (including and especially under the TD banner)

Friends - The One With the Embryos
This episode is poorly named. It should’ve been called “The One Where the Girls Lose Their Apartment.” It’s my favorite too.
What We Do In the Shadows:
Great 1-2 punch with “The Baron’s Night Out” followed by the star studded cameos in “The Trial.”

Gang Solves Gas Crisis - Always Sunny
As far as other comedies go I do agree with the office episode that everyone is saying. Dinner Party is hilarious

Got to add three from "All in the Family"; they're all equally great with tons of things that are still relevant 50+ years later
Season 1 Episode 13 "The First and Last Supper"
The Bunkers and the Jeffersons have dinner together after Archie reluctantly agrees and gives up his tickets to a Mets game. While posing as George, Henry and Archie get into it with one another. The payoff is when Archie finds out that Henry isn't George and where George really is.
Season 4 Episode 1 "We're Having a Heat Wave"
A summer heat wave is punctuated with Archie trying to keep a neighbor's home from being sold to another minority family. When Henry Jefferson finds out his plan, he comes over to protest...until the prospective Puerto Rican buyers show up at the door. A short-lived bromance ensues between the two as they scheme to keep the buyers at bay. Ultimately, Frank and Irene Lorenzo buy the house and prove to Archie that even white people can annoy him.
Season 4 Episode 20 "Lionel's Engagement"
The Bunkers sans Archie are invited to Lionel Jefferson's engagement party until he is reluctantly included also. George finds out Lionel's fiance Jenny's father is white. A ton of fireworks ensue (including a "N" bomb from George), all with Archie stirring the pot as much as he can. As things calm down, George and Archie bond over a drink and their disdain for the modern world as they long for yesterday.

Couple of greats from the early 80's:
Miami Vice ep 1 (Brother's keeper)- the pilot, and as good as most 2 hr action movies
Magnum PI; Did You See The Sun Rise
that's another 2 hr, 2 part episode. Ends with those words being spoken by Magnum to Ivan, with a finish that you won't see on TV today.
