The scene in Vision Quest when Louden’s friend, the cook is telling the story of seeing Pele do the bicycle kick. How it lifted him up for just that moment.

Lots of great scenes in here.
One of my favorite scences is from "The Patriot" when Mel Gibson goes ham on the British to free Heath Ledger after Col. Tavington (brilliantly played by Jason Isaacs) brutally murders his son and takes Heath Ledger as a prisoner.
