Rocky III when Rocky beats Apollo in a race on the beach, and they laugh and splash and jump in each other's arms and fall together in embrace.

I'm surprised this hasn't been said yet:

The Scene in Gladiator when he reveals himself by name.

and for shits and giggles:

The end of Life of Brian when everyone is singing "Bright Side of Life" while being crucified.

Baptism scene In Godfather.

The restaurant scene in Godfather where Michael goes to the bathroom and gets the gun and comes out and shoots the cop and the other gangster.

Great call on Atonement. What makes that sequence is the sound. A master class in filmmaking.

Toy Story 3

The ending. When Bonnie says "my cowboy" and Andy realizes Woody was in the box, and when she goes to take him, he pulls him back as if to say no, he's mine. Then tells Woody how great he is, and finally gives him up.

Hits home with me b/c I had a toy like that. Still have it today, 30 years later, and i'd have that same reluctance to give him away to even my own kids.
