In this day and age of CGI at least one cinematic artist still believes in the power of practical effects. Still not sure why this movie has gone largely unnoticed by the Movie Board

I've seen clips of this. its hilariously bad, to the point its watchable. I swear the effects are meant to be part of the joke.

I've seen it. It's just as ridiculous as you can imagine based on the synopsis.

I am pretty sure this was the cinematic achievement James Cameron was going for when he made Avatar.
In all seriousness I normally dont subscribe to the whole..."its soo bad its good mantra" but this one might be the exception.

It’s also horrible. I saw it years ago and it wasn’t funny or enjoyable or campy. The synopsis and title is by far the best part of the movie along with the “insert special effects” joke and that’s it.

My 15 year old has tried to get me to watch it, telling me it's so bad, it's good, but I've reached my limit for a while on those type of movies since I watched Morbius when it released.

A whole movie based on a wordplay. It has probably been done before, but I doubt it has ever resulted in a good movie.
