Obviously, they're in an alternate universe, but they'll be in the MCU main timeline by the movie's end. Remember Disney just got the rights back to FF a few years ago, it would've been tough to implement them in an already established MCU.

I'm guessing that they end up in our main MCU and it causes an incursion which directly leads to Secret Wars since that isn't their OG Universe and probably weren't meant to be there.

From the trailer, Pascal did do a solid job of being slightly socially off (autism?) with his delivery of his line about making it a point that they eat dinner every week at 7. That's promising

Which would help explain RDJ cast as Dr Doom, where a different version of a Tony Stark-like genius is the villain/anti-hero.

I think I saw Gandalf. Didn’t see that crossover coming.

Me to but he's also the current Hollywood flavor of the month so I can understand people feeling that he's over exposed.

He was fricking hilarious with Nic Cage in the Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent

Why are they so old? Isn’t this supposed to jump start something?

I don't like the look or voice of the Thing at all. I much prefer the 2000s version.

Why would The Thing bother wearing clothes?

Looks pretty bad. I hope the CG on Thing isn't final. No (not-the-) Silver Surfer appearance. I have to assume they don't want to show her until the last minute.

Lamenting about forced diversity casting(though for this particular movie, I dont think its true) in Hollywood is a fair criticism

Yes, but you pointed out - in the exact same sentence I might add - why it really doesn't belong in THIS thread except SOLELY to bitch and complain.

Unlike you leftists, im not for silencing people just because I dont agree with them. You are free to discuss or tear apart anything I or anyone else writes on this board.

Overall look and style - impressive.

Pedro as Reed Richards - terrible casting.
Ben's voice - awful.
*Sue Storm - very pedestrian.
Johnny Storm - Looks to be Johnny Storm. Decent.

Proper Galactus (shadow)

Going in, I'm seeing a C+ movie. Casting and some choices were done poorly. Giving Ben a turtleneck? Feels like it was done to cover up his CG body, which is weird, because we've already seen Korg from the Thor movies.

*As a kid, I always felt she was too young for Reed Richards. Seemed she was dating her dad. I'm cool with her being more 'age appropriate', but still could have gone a different way.
