The Dark Knight is an awful movie, change my mind

Came on TV again the other night, and that movie is hot garbage. I liked it when it first came out, but after numerous rewatches, the acting and writing is pretty terrible. The only bright spot was Joker and Gordon. 2 good actors trying to make a bad movie better.
1) The "you have 1 rule" thing was so overplayed, and was such a fall back that it just seemed to neuter batman. "I can stop all this death and destruction around the city if i just run over the joker...NAH, i have a rule against killing someone. So let the murder and mayhem continue."
2) The public outcry against batman was so forced and stupid. Clearly, the bad guys are the cause for the destruction in gotham, yet the retards in gotham hate batman for trying to do something about it? And that awful press conference that Harvey had... "No dead cops!", wow, so eloquint. But batman wasn't killing the cops.
3) The plan to capture the joker. So, Gordon, Dent, and Batman are all a part of this plan to capture the joker, and it works and they are all happy about it...but in the process like 8 cops and numerous civilians are killed to catch him? If you know the joker is going to be there, why wouldn't you send off all these cops and helicopters to be destroyed?
4) Maggie Gylenhal....is not a) pretty b) a good actor.
5) Bruce lovesick over droopy gylenhall. It was incredibly disingenuous. a) she's not even remotely appreciative of him saving her life about 50 times and b) she even seems pissed when he's out saving the city. It's so nonsensical.
6) The "Gordon's dead" scheme. So in efforts to trap the joker, Gordon is "shot dead" by the joker. The other cops go to his wife's house and deliver the news, and she goes along with it... Isn't it standard procedure to confirm the identity of a loved one at the morgue? How did they conceive this joker plan and keep his wife in the dark, and somehow she just says, "my husband's dead? i'm sad. Oh well, i guess that's that. No reason for funeral or anything".
7) Batman standing over the rubble of Dent's warehouse explosion, sobbing. So cheesy.
8) How quickly Gotham citizens turn on everyone and become murderous is astounding. First their hate towards batman, then their willingness to blow up teh prisoners on the boat. Why is batman trying to save the city again?
9) Batman voice is so stupid.
10) Lucious' idignation of spying on others to stop a madman. Why, after all this time, does L need to be reminded that the technology wasn't invented to spy, but to find the bad guy?
11) Wasn't too hard to convince Dent to become a bad guy. Faced with the man who killed his girl, all it takes is the Joker saying, "well i paid thsoe cops, so you should really be after them". And then the "it's not fair" stand off with batman at the end. So millenial-y.

My apologies fellas. I don't venture this board often so i am unaware of the revere, or lack of revere, this movie has (honestly). Is this movie really thought of highly? Has this been discussed ad nauseum? I accept the downvotes.

He's made some good movies, but TDK, and i agree TDKR, were not his best. Is that really the issue, or am i bringing up old shite that's been discussed many times here? I'd like to know what the disagreements are to my opinions on the movie.

This and The Joker getting all those explosives into the hospital to blow it up without anyone noticing are the only valid criticisms I can think of that get thrown at The Dark Knight.

I do agree with the Rachel Dawes criticisms.
MG was the wrong actress to play her and she was a bitch to Bruce the whole time. Considering this is supposedly about 6 months after the end of Begins, I find it hard to believe that she would have turned on him like that in such a short time, especially after basically blessing him at the end of Begins. I was not at all sorry that she got snuffed out.
Harvey's quick switch was a reflection of the fact he was already borderline. Remember when he was working over the "cop" in the alley and was about to shoot him? Not the actions of a rational man (nor was his conduct in the courtroom when the witness tried to shoot him). I did not see his "turn" as a problem considering what happened to him.

I agree with #4 × 1000%. Other than that, don't agree with any other points.
