Women's soccer is the sport that gets closest to its men's counterpart, so this theoretically could work. That said, I think there are probably fewer female actresses that can pull off athletic competency than men. If they don't cast well, it'll be hard for a lot of people to get past that.

This is one of those shows that was good - in spurts - for one season and then became something Hollywood loved far more than viewers did. I suspect that will continue to be made evident... and I also suspect this thing will continue to try and out-woke itself.

While I am one of the few who actually liked season 3, I have no care about seeing a season 4 of this show.

Bill Lawerence has a dud season here and there but overall he has my trust. At least at some point I know I'll have a lump in my throat and be laughing at the same time.

I'm going to watch it, I like the show. I didn't have all of the hate for season 2 and 3 that others had, they were fine
But you just KNOW that there is going to be a subplot of the men and women playing and the women either eventually holding their own or winning
