S3E6 - Sunflowers (aka Amsterdam) may be one of the finest hours of TV I've watched in the past decade.

And basketball would’ve been even worse.

I’m not saying it’s close, just saying it’s the one that is least far away from the male counterpart. It’s the same dimensions, and there’s not something like dunking that exists in one, but not the other. It’s fundamentally the same game, they’re just weaker and worse. The two forms of basketball are practically different sports.

Amsterdam was a top 3 episode of the entire series for sure but it couldn’t make up for the serious downturn that show took. It had every woke trope you could imagine

IDGAF about Trent & Will both being gay. The odds were good that one of them would be, mathematically. The way they handled Trent's reveal was tastefully done, and I don't care for the overrepresentation of the Alphabet people. It didn't define who he was. Trent Crim, the Independent, was a journalist first and foremost. What he did with his bathing suit parts wasn't his entire identity.

That said, Keeley's lesbo turn was ridiculous.

The Keeley dumping Roy storyline after all of the build up only to turn lesbo was by far the worst thing in this show. It’s also gotten away from the 10 ep shorter episode season. They expanded to more eps and twice as long. It’s almost like the first half of season 3 was thrown in there. Doesn’t mesh well.

The Roy and Jaime in the city episode is one of my favorites and was worth season 3.
