Basically the villain sucked and the task they were sent on was retarded. In the Suicide Squad animated movie they just break into Arkham to kill the Riddler. Something that makes way more sense

Now they’re is saying that the rumor is based on a casting notice for a daughter for Idris’ character. That led them to think Deathstroke or Sportsmaster.

Joe Manganiello was pretty close to confirmed for Deathstroke before Affleck got axed. Even if he doesn’t appear in The Batman now, they’re probably going to try to save him for future movies.

Kinnaman was one of the weak spots of the first one. Not bad enough to really stand out, but he’s replaceable with a cardboard cutout of himself imo

Calling Cara Delevingne an actress is a gross exaggeration. Another in a long list of VS models trying the acting game out and absolutely sucking at it. Zero charm, charisma, or believability. Another point lost for casting a model as your “villain.”
Leto wasn’t wasted. He was miscast. His take on the Joker was dreadful.
Robbie did crush it as Harley though. She’s proving to be quite the malleable actress.
Anyway. I actually fell asleep during SS. That’s the worst criticism one can give a movie. It was dreadfully boring and ridiculous at the same time. I woke up during said hula hoop scene and I thought I was watching a different movie.
