People are guessing that he might be the comedic Legion of Superheroes reject Arm Fall-Off Boy (he had detachable arms that he would use as bludgeons).

Ive always been a big DC fan, but even these characters are over my expertise. I like it. I know these guys wont be on the screen for more than 10 mins, but at least its new blood, and with Gunn at the helm, I have faith he will do the movie and characters justice.
Did not realize that was Fula Borg as Javelin. I love his type of comedy. He should have a couple good lines in the movie.
