#Andor?is NOT what I expected. It's a mix of STAR WARS UNDERWORLD and LORD OF THE FLIES, an odd pairing that works. Diego Luna, Adria Arjona, Fiona Shaw and Stellan Skarsgård give standout performances. It's action-packed, yet a slow burn and I can't wait to see how it ends.

I’ve seen the first 3 eps of #Andor and I say this with the utmost conviction: this is going to be the show that gets me back into Star Wars. ANDOR introduces new, memorable characters, plus an intriguing arc for Andor. And it actually has something to say!

Ep 3 is spectacular.

Here’s me: I’ve been disenchanted with Star Wars for years. Every film/TV show after LAST JEDI felt like this franchise isn’t for me anymore - more interested in replaying its greatest hits forever (often w/ghoulish CG) rather than forging any new territory.

#Andor changes that.

Now that the #Andor social embargo IS lifted, I can say that it's easily the most cinematic of the Star Wars shows so far. The first three episodes should've been presented as one 90-minute episode. The breaks between are very random - but it's a great episode!

The acting is top-notch, the cinematography is beautiful, lots of shooting on location, a great score from Nicholas Britell (!), and some solid writing thus far. There's so much ground left to cover but I'm hooked thus far. Much more when the review embargo drops next week!

I'm happy to say that #Andor is friggin' AWESOME! The first live-action #StarWars show to rival The Mandalorian but it's soooooooo different. Driven by mood, atmosphere, & character - feels more akin to a dark Ridley Scott Sci-Fi joint. LOVED the first few episodes!

#StarWars #Andor is very, VERY, good. The production quality and acting is off the charts. Feels like a "prestige" drama within the galaxy far, far away. Definitely the most "adult" Star Wars story so far, with more subtle world-building & slower burn story. It rules. Hard.

I've seen 4 episodes of #Andor and it's very different from the rest of modern Star Wars, for better & worse.

The first 2 episodes didn't grab me: Too matter of fact, too low stakes. But 3-4 paid them off incredibly well. Now, I'm all in, but it takes time to sink in its hooks.

I love the vibe and notably more adult feel (for Star Wars) that Andor offers. Adds really strong character beats and intricacies to the world. First two episodes do annoy by feeling formless in that early Netflix “who needs episode structure?” way but that improves in ep 3 and 4

#Andor didn’t exactly hook me. The first scenes are really cool but I found myself waiting a while to be really interested again.

Diego Luna and Adria Arjona are really good. By the end of Episode 3, it gets pretty tense and there’s some interesting (spoiler-y) stories laid out.
