Here's a very random "I didnt know that was the same person"
The actress who plays the Tech Blogger CJ Cantwell (Annie Sertich) is the same actress that sits next to Dwight at the Hibachi Restaurant in the Office episode "A Benihana Christmas"
I discovered this while watching random old The Office episodes the other day

Jared reminds me of this dorky guy Joey I knew from school. Talking to him you would think he was assexual. He never talked women, but every time he went on the prowl he brought a hot girl back.

I quit the show. Just finished Season 3 EP 3 and him tripping over a cord and dropping the folder, the salesman picking up a sheet of paper knowing what it is and showing their boss and spoiling their plan is very lazy writing. It has jumped the Shark.
What are the odds of that happening in real life 1 in 50 billion?
This season overall is very bad and not nearly as funny or as well written as the other seasons.

Loved the episode but honestly I just don't like gilfole
I get that he has a dry sense of humor, but his jokes aren't even funny. They are just flat IMO.

The Brink was too awesome of a show to be able to sustain a second season. The cast was high profile and amazing, the writing, directing, and production values were all fantastic. It balanced drama, story, character building, comedy, social commentary, and bullshite extremely well.
It was too perfect to continue and I've never been more upset at HBO than the day the announced Girls was being renewed and Brink was shut down.

I agree. I'm not usually a fan of "filler" episodes and not really saying this episode was one because the plot did progress in some ways, but it was nice to just see the characters without worrying about the main plot.
Jared is the best character this season. He is nailing it. Makes me want to go back and watch some of his old episodes from The Office when I didn't appreciate him.
