They showed a brief promo for the pied piper website at the end, I just went to it and I thought how hilarious it would have been if they made the actual website crash on purpose knowing lots of viewers would be going to it

This is how they lost on this...not sure how bad. Does Lori own more than 50% now?

I figured Lori was now the majority owner, makes the most sense.

Plus he told her he had a business proposition

Jian Yang steals the show yet again

"3% of hatchings have mutations"...close 2nd for best line of the night

Monica's opinion is going to be the general consensus of the public. All the positive feedback is from other techies.

I'm still a week behind on SV but I watched E6 tonight...by far the funniest episode so far this season (granted I haven't watched E7 yet).

That makes sense and I agree. does that matter though? I guess if they aren't business facing, it does. I personally would have 0 use for pied piper

I hope E7 was just as funny as E6. I'll have to watch it tomorrow.

I agree with everyone else who thinks the public will hate it.

Hello Erlich this is your mom and you are not my baby

By the way, here's the interface... I can see why she didn't like it

Yeah, I'm sure it's an issue with the accessibility of the UI. Weren't they business facing with an ultimate, broader vision of a public platform?

I assume Erlich's shares went to Lori.

I don't think so. Peter Gregory invested 200k at a 4M valuation equaling 5% equity. The Series A funding saw Russ Haneman invest 5M at a 50M valuation (or 10% subsequently purchased by Raviga. Now Erich had to sell at least a portion of his 10% equity in PP at a maximum value of 250M determined by the Hooli Acquisition of End Frame (equivalent to 25M) or a minimum of 5M as determined by the Series A funding. If he sold all his equity to Raviga (which is probably unlikely), Raviga would have a maximum of 25% percent ownership (more likely 18%-20% depending upon how much Erlich sold to cover his liabilities) of Pied Piper. But Erlich may have sold enough to transfer control of his board seat to Raviga.

Erlich makes me want to kick kittens. He's become insufferable. He has no redeeming qualities, which is, I'm hoping, why they made him sell his shares--to try to bring some humanity back to a character that has become a caricature.
