Ha. This will be the gayest thing I’ll read on the internet today for sure.

I did a search on him last night to see if he was catching any flak, now that this piece of shite series is available to view and literally every one of the first 20-25 articles on him was about him "accidentally smoking a ton of weed" before going to an Adele concert.
As a 30+ year pothead myself, I can't stand people like Seth Rogen that, on one hand act like they are supposed to be professional stoners or something. But on the other, they're talking about getting "super high", like they have access to some LSD trip inducing marijuana or something. You can only get so high...especially when you're a regular user.
Just the fact that he is peddling 500 dollar rolling trays shows what a poser he is. Dude's in his 40s and talks about pot like he's still a teenager or something.
end of rant

I’m sorry, you’re just objectively wrong. I’ve resounded myself to never understanding the appeal of DBZ. I don’t think it’s terrible and some of the mythos is pretty cool, but if I miss 20 episodes and we’re still in the same god damn battle with just two characters throwing one punch per episode and mostly just taunting one another. I’m just not interested in that. This battle in the finale of Avatar lasts a minute and a half, but it’s the best fight in the series, very emotionally engaging, and much better than any fight scene in DBZ: SPOILERS/YouTube

Jesus H. Christ!!! This thread got me curious as to how bad could this show really be? I made it through half an episode. It is probably the worst thing I have ever watched. To say it is bad is such an understatement. God, that was awful.

My God man. I couldn't make it through the trailer.

The only folks who have been able to successfully mess with Christmas are Matt and Trey.
And it’s because they are oozing with talent, and those two are hacks who happened to live in a dumber America.

due to the streaming wars so many shite projects like this will be seen that otherwise never would have seen the light of day

They love America, that’s always at the heart of that they do.

Critical Drinker did a pretty good job summing up my thoughts and a few more on just how bad this is LINK
I'm so glad you linked that video. I had no idea there was a Chrome extension that would return the YouTube dislike counter.

I’ll never watch another show/film that fat nasty frick has any part of. I wish him all the worst.

I can't believe Rogen is only 39. I'm watching it and it seems like something 70 year olds would come up with to try to keep it jiggy with the kids these days.

I'm 36 and I honestly feel like I have zero clue what teens are into these days.

With these celebrities I always imagine what they were like growing up. I've seen a video of Rogan's standup from his teens and he looks and acts like that creepy nasty dude that everybody stayed the frick away from. Freeks and Geeks was legit, and now all those freaks are famous but they never lost their creepiness or their hate of the "normies"

lmao he blamed the shitty reviews on white supremacists
Why is he making movies that have an audience made up of 99% white supremacists?

I've never really understood Rogen's appeal. I liked him in one thing, the support role he had in 40 Year Old Virgin was pretty funny. Everything else I've seen him in has sucked. Superbad, super overrated. I tried watching This Is The End the other day, couldn't make it past 20 minutes. That American Pickle thing or whatever the frick that shite was called, not five minutes. He's a pretentious pothead douchebag who thinks he's smarter than everyone else and those are the worst kind of stoners.

I had roommates in college who watched it all the time and as much as I liked the artwork and some of the characters (Hercule and Buu are the ultimate buddy duo) it used to drive me nuts how little actually happened in each episode.

Well The Spirit of Christmas is only 5 minutes long so the Santa vs Jesus gag didn't really have a chance to overstay it's welcome. Same goes for their Christmas episodes of South Park. 22 minutes of a one off epsiode is a hell of a lot easier to make work than a full on series.
This latest Rogan thing seems like it would have worked far better as a skit within a variety show or maybe a single special at an hour length max. The premise is a little too thin for an 8 episode series of 22 minute episodes.
