I watched a TV show a few years ago; it was called Upload. It is set in the future. Anyway, there was a dating app like Tinder that required, before hooking up, a video recording of each party agreeing that the sex that was about to happen was completely consensual. And I believe you had to upload that video to the App or receive a negative rating or something. I thought, what a good idea... and at the same time, it is sad that it is needed.

this was pretty much word for word what happened in the cornell case. Girl texted saying she liked the gangbang and would do it again and it was all consensual and nothing was illegal.
Yet months later the whole internet made the boys guilty of rape and wanted them murdered or spend life in prison. No matter what video they make they can still change their mind once people make fun of them or they feel guilty.
